We have now brought the website and API back online. All services should now be operational and we are performing cleanup tasks while we monitor everything. Thanks again for your patience! These things are always tricky.

We have completed the upgrade and beginning to online all of our systems.

We are preparing to put the site and API into maintenance mode. During this time, all requests will respond with HTTP status 503 until we have verified the upgrade has completed successfully. We'll be updating you on the progress and don't expect the downtime to be significant and thank you in advance for your patience.

Scheduled
We will be upgrading our primary database in order to make way for future improvements to our infrastructure. This requires us to take the Website and API offline to perform the upgrade process and verify the data integrity afterward. Our DNS servers will remain online, but not receive updates until this process is completed. We expect the upgrade process to complete quickly and will re-syncronize all of our DNS servers in every region to make sure everything is fresh after the upgrade.
