Identified - Our datacenter in Tokyo, Japan, is re-routing its traffic. The rest of our datacenters are picking up the traffic.

If you have any regional record configured in Tokyo, Japan, the records will be routed to the nearest datacenter until this is normalised.

Domain registration, transfers, and SSL certificate issuance is not affected.

Resolved - Our upstream provider's resolution confirmed the situation is now resolved. Standard SSL certificates will now process as intended.

Identified - We have been made aware of delays with our upstream provider relating to the order processing of Sectigo SSL certificates. Currently, users may see delays in starting a certificate request, receiving the confirmation email for this certificate type, and issuing certificates after confirmation.

This issue only affects standard SSL certificate orders. Let's Encrypt certificates are not affected.

We are monitoring the issue and awaiting an update from our upstream provider's investigation. More information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.

Identified - The upstream registrar maintenance that was scheduled to complete by Jan 16th, 02:00 UTC has been extended by the provider.

We are monitoring their status page and we will provide future updates. At the moment, they have not published an ETA for the completion of their maintenance.
