Update

The website and API should begin resolving now and queues are being processed quickly against the upgraded database. We'll sound the all clear once we have verified everything.

Update

We're still migrating the database over to it's new home and verifying everything before bringing all the services back online.

In progress

Here we go! We are about to shut off web and API traffic to DNSimple ahead of the migration. Both will begin responding with HTTP 503 codes until we are done with the migration.

Scheduled

We will be moving our primary database server to a new server and migrating the data to a new version of the software. During this time, our website and API will respond with 503 HTTP error codes. DNS zone changes will not propagate, but DNS resolution will not be affected. We are expecting this maintenance to take up to 4 hours to complete in total and apologize for the inconvenience.
