New transfer orders are now being processed correctly. We also restarted the orders that failed in the last 8 hours.

Monitoring

A fix has been implemented so new transfer orders should be possible now. We are monitoring our systems and will update this incident as necessary.

Identified

We have identified an issue with inbound domain transfers. Currently attempts to create new inbound domain transfers are failing. We have notified our upstream provider and are awaiting a resolution from them. As soon as we know more we will post here.
