Server rebuild is still in progress, everything looks to be going as planned. Next update when we start confirming the sandbox API node fully rebuilds and syncs.

We will be performing maintenance on the server that houses the Sandbox API and expect it to take up to 4 hours to complete. During this time, our Sandbox API will return 503 HTTP Status codes.
