Our network provider has identified and resolved the issue and we have been monitoring the resolution on our side for some time now. If you are still noticing any issues with DNS resolution in the northwest US region, please contact support via email so we can investigate.

Our upstream network provider has confirmed the issue and is investigating with their engineering team. We are awaiting further updates from them and will post updates as soon as there is a solution.
