We have gotten word from CloudFlare that the attack has subsided and service is restored in the Amsterdam region for ns4.

We are experiencing intermittent response times for our ns4 name servers in the Amsterdam region due to an ongoing Denial of Service attack on our DDoS protection provider CloudFlare. They are aware of the issue and working to mitigate the effects in the region.
