Errors with .com and .net domain registrations

This issue appears to be resolved and all outstanding sales orders for domains that failed to register during the outage have been processed.

Identified

Our upstream provider for .com and .net domains is currently experiencing issues with their registry integration which is causing new domain registrations for .com and .net domains to fail. They are aware of the issue and are currently working to fix it. As soon as we have more information we will post an update.
