New URL forwarding entries not showing in redirector

This incident is now resolved. New URL entries should appear in the URL forwarding service without delay.

Identified

We have identified an issue with new URL entries that are not properly found by the redirector service. This is resulting in 404 errors for new URL forwarding hosts. For the moment, this means new URL forwarding entries will not work properly. Existing entries (created prior to the recent database migration) are functioning correctly.
