San Jose is back up and running. We are disabling traffic in Amsterdam right now. European customers will have slow resolutions as traffic is temporarily re-routed elsewhere.

Scheduled
Our hosting provider will be upgrading software on our network firewall equipment in the Amsterdam, San Jose, and Tokyo data centers this Friday evening. We will be upgrading one region at a time and re-routing DNS traffic in each region during the upgrade to prevent a DNS outage. Customers resolving DNS in the affected regions will see a slower than usual resolution as their traffic is routed elsewhere temporarily. During this window, our Sandbox testing API will return a 503 status code until the work is completed. Our main Website, API, and DNS zone changes will still update normally during this upgrade.
