Our upstream provider has confirmed that things should be functioning properly again and we have observed the same.

Monitoring

It appears our upstream provider's API is returning to standard operation. We will continue to monitor the situation and reprocess any failed registrations. Please contact us if you see any other issues.

Investigating

Our upstream provider (Enom) is currently down. As a result, domain registration/transfer and certificate purchases may not work properly.
