Everything is functioning normally. We apologize for the amount of time this window took to complete as it took longer than expected for our hosting provider to apply the network switch software upgrade. Thank you again for your patience as we worked to bring everything online. As always, please email support with any questions or concerns. Have a good weekend!

Update
As a reminder, we will drop routing to our DNS servers in Amsterdam shortly before the maintenance window begins. Customers in the European region will notice slower DNS lookups during this outage until routing is restored.

Scheduled
Our hosting provider has identified an issue with a network switch in the Amsterdam data center which requires a software upgrade to resolve. This will require up to 2 hours of downtime while they perform a software upgrade. Before this time we will route DNS traffic away from the Europe region which will slow down DNS resolution until network access is restored. This will also cause a temporary outage of the Sandbox testing environment which is housed in this region.
