Specific DNS records set only for the Virginia (IAD) region are now responding correctly.
We're monitoring for any further issues.

We are monitoring how traffic is being re-routed from our Virginia (IAD) data center to our Chicago (ORD) data center.
Specific DNS records set only for the Virginia (IAD) region are affected. We recommend that you either that make those records respond globally, or add any other region in the US as well.

We are currently working with a network issue affecting our Virginia (IAD) data center. DNS traffic has been automatically re-routed to our Chicago data center.
DNS is traffic is not affected, unless you have individual regional records. If you have any DNS record assigned only to our Virginia (IAD) datacenter, please update them to include also Chicago (ORD).
