We have identified the networking issues and implemented a workaround to prevent slow replies for ALIAS records. We are monitoring network health and looking to Implement further improvements if necessary

Identified -
We have identified the cause of the elevated timeouts affecting our San Jose datacenter. The issue appears to be related to upstream packet loss. We are working with our provider to resolve it.

We are seeing elevated rates of timeouts in ALIAS record resolution in SV1. This is leading to SERVFAIL responses for some ALIAS records.
