Our upstream provider's resolution has been implemented, and this is now resolved. Standard SSL certificates will now process as intended.

We have been made aware of delays with our upstream provider relating to the order processing of Sectigo SSL certificates. Currently, users may see delays in receiving the confirmation email for this certificate type.
This issue only affects standard SSL certificate orders. Let's Encrypt certificates are not affected.
We are monitoring the issue and awaiting an update from our upstream provider's investigation. More information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
