We have been made aware of delays with our upstream provider relating to the order processing of Sectigo SSL certificates. Currently, users may see delays in starting a certificate request, receiving the confirmation email for this certificate type, and issuing certificates after confirmation.

This issue only affects standard SSL certificate orders. Let's Encrypt certificates are not affected.

We are monitoring the issue and awaiting an update from our upstream provider's investigation. More information will be posted as soon as it becomes available.
