Verifying

In progress
We've already begun to prepare the systems for upgrade and working with our provider to do some networking changes and about to take the systems offline. Traffic will re-route to Ashburn, VA and San Jose, CA once the networking updates. We'll post updates as we make progress on the upgrades and bring everything back online.

Scheduled
We're going to be upgrading the operating system and re-configuring the name servers in the Chicago, IL data center for a period of up to 4 hours. During this time, regional records for Chicago (ORD Region) will not respond and all DNS traffic in the area will be re-routed to either San Jose, CA (SV1 Region) or Ashburn, VA (IAD Region) which will degrade the performance of DNS resolution temporarily. All other services and systems will function normally.
